Skilled in instructional leadership, curriculum development, and fostering collaborative learning environments. Experienced as a grade-level lead and committed to professional growth through ongoing training and development. Currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Education in Curriculum and Instruction to prepare for expanded roles in instructional coaching, curriculum design, or educational leadership.
